2. ONLY when your devices support 4K resolution, the video output will be 4K, please make sure to use HDMI 2.0 or higher cable.

When it works with single display, If you want to output 4K@60Hz resolution, your laptop needs to support DP1.4 output).

3. Power Charging will be a community between all dock-connected USB C devices. For a fast charge result, please choose an adapter that is over 65W to charge.

4. Please plug in the laptop’s power adapter to the USB-C Power Delivery port before connecting an external hard drive or multiple display purpose, to ensure enough power to work.

Why is there no video output?

This usb c triple display docking station ONLY work with those devices that the USB Type C Port supports video output or DP Alt Mode.For AMD Graphics Card, all of 4 screens will be displayed.Intel 11th and 12th generations can expand 3 displays (plus a total of 4 displays on the computer screen);Note: Intel’s 10th generation and below processors can only expand 2 monitors (plus a total of 3 displays on the computer screen).

Why does the output not reach 4K 60Hz?

The final resolution of HDMI output depends on your host devices.Please make sure your computer specification support DP1.4.Please make sure your monitor support 4K 60Hz.Please make sure to use the 2.0 or higher version HDMI cable.

Why Macbook only support Mirro Mode?

Mac Devices: Due to Mac OS limitations, only SST and Mirror modes are supported.
