We provided enough space for you to jot down all your meals during these next 12 weeks. What we eat plays a vital role not just in how we look and how our clothes fit, but more importantly in how we feel and perform. Remember, you can outtrain a bad diet. Don’t undo all your had work in the gym with poor nutrition.

Workout Sheets to Monitor Your Weights & Reps

Progressive overload is the key to building muscle. Most training programs are arranged in four-week increments to prevent what is commonly known as “plateauing.” If you don’t already have a training program, you can search the internet for some great ones.

Each page in the Time to Get Swole section is blank so you can write in your movement based on your current training program. Each page allows for six exercises and four sets of each movement. We designed the pages with space to record your workouts in four-week increments, and each page is dedicated to one particular workout day (i.e., Leg Day, Shoulder Day, etc.). Doing so allows you to reflect on the previous week’s session so you know what you need to do to improve in the current session. There are 18 Training Log pages which give you enough for up to six training days per week!
