【Fall Detection & Emergency Call】: CoCo’s Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) provides users with two dedicated buttons—a crown button and a watchface button—to initiate an Emergency Call (ECT Call) for notifying family or caregivers in case of an emergency. In the event of a fall, the CoCo smartwatch automatically triggers ECT calls to the user’s designated emergency contacts if the user remains on the ground for more than 20 seconds.
