Q: Why is my G1 TV box flickering/black screen?

A: 1. The HDMI data cable is loose or fallen off. Please reconnect the HDMI cable correctly/try using another HDMI cable.

2. System failure. Please upgrade the set-top box system or restore factory settings.

Q: Why does my G1 Android TV box have no sound after using it for a period of time?

A: 1. The sound of the TV/G1 device is not turned on. First use the TV remote control to turn on the TV sound, then use the G1 remote control to turn on the set-top box sound. Both sounds need to be turned on at the same time to have sound.

2. Shut down and restart, or choose to restore factory settings.

Q: Why does my G1 set-top box experience buffering/stuttering?

A: Network environment problem.

Our G1 TV box is equipped with WiFi6 technology and RJ45 100M Ethernet interface. In theory, the download speed of a 100M network port with full bandwidth should be 100mbps, but the transmission speed of G1 will be affected by the home network environment, and the actual speed may not be reached.

Q: Why is one of the USB ports on the G1 4K Streaming TV Box not working?

A: Please turn off the “Enable Developer Options” button when connecting the hard drive. Path: settings>>Device preferences>>Developer Options>> Turn off the “Enable Developer Options” button.

Q: Why can’t I install/use certain apps?

A: This is due to the limitations of the ATV system and Google authentication box system.
