Please note the following:

1. To connect your phone in 2.4G mode, please ensure that OTG mode is enabled on your phone. If OTG is already enabled by default, the transmitter will light up upon insertion, and no further action is needed. However, if the transmitter doesn’t light up, please manually enable OTG mode.

2. When using the USB port, please be aware that the Type-C port cannot be detached and must be used as a whole.

3. For Xbox series, our gaming headset is compatible only in 3.5mm wired mode.

4. Please do not insert the TYPE C module of the wireless transmitter into the headphone’s charging port. Simply plug the TYPE C module or the USB+TYPE C module as a whole into the device you want to connect for pairing.
