This handbook contains the most important and useful tools in the automotive industry such us (Coretools: “PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA”, Reverse FMEA, and 8D Problem Solving). I made it in the easiest and most practical way to help you find the information needed and understand it quickly. I wrote all the chapters, including the important and useful information, without entering into such details; you don’t need to understand where such formulas come from or what the historical information of the tools is.

Nowadays, we are always searching for quick, understandable, and efficient information that will allow us to understand and apply the tool without consuming time and energy.

During my experience in the automotive and aerospace industries, I was always struggling to find the information needed in a short period of time. I always had to go through some books that started with historical information and went into theoretical details that are not almost needed to exercise or apply it on a daily basis, especially since we have so many software and databases that are helping us use or apply such a tool. For this reason, I started to write this useful Handbook in order to summarize the most important and useful tool in the automotive industry in a way to explain only the necessary information while providing some real examples and exercises to help understand them more.

Most of the information I wrote in this book is based on my knowledge, experience, as well as the references and norms that are used in the Automotive Industry. Basically, the information is based on the AIAG, IATF, and some Customer Specific Requirements (CSR), written in a way I use them on a daily basis.
