Why it doesn’t work with the Xbox One X?

Only 3.5mm wired mode could be compatible with Xbox one/x/s. Please connection the headset to Xbox one/s/x controller.

NOTE: The old version of Xbox One needs an extra adapter(Not Included )to support it.

Why it would not pair with a ps5 or PC?

3.5mm Wired connection mode works for PS5/ PC, please connect the wireless headset to PS5 controller and check the mute button if turn off.

There’s something wrong with the microphone or there’s static noise.

Please unplug the mic and plug it again, then gently rotate and adjust it upon insertion to ensure a better connection.

Why the bluetooth audio is intermittent?

First, ensure that the headset’s battery is fully charged as insufficient power may affect connectivity.

Secondly, verify that the Bluetooth connection is within the specified range as being too far away can impair connection quality.

Why can not my friend hear me?

There is a mute button on the side of microphone, please ensure it is turned off
